In this video we will be going through another Dragon Ball Super workout. We will be unlocking our inner beast and training like the explosive and super strong Gohan. In this anime workout we will be going through a variety of different explosive and strength building based exercises. All of these exercises will be based on what I think Gohan workout do to improve his strength, power, speed and maintain his powerful physique. This video will also be based on the latest Dragon ball Super movie called Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero. In which, Gohan is highlighted. • Gohan is one of the main protagonist in the Dragon Ball Z/Super anime. He is one of if not the most naturally talented warriors out there. Possessing incredible strength, power, and speed. Gohan literally obliterates all of his foes when pushed to the limit. Gohan is naturally one of the most caring, loving and compassionate characters on the show. However, when pushed to the limits Gohan explodes with anger and unlocks his inner beast. As seen in the latest Dragon Ball Super movie. • So for todays anime workout we will be training to build explosive power, speed, build solid muscle, and improve our strength and endurance like Gohan. We have a total of 10 different bodyweight exercises to get through with each exercise being 45 seconds on and 15 seconds of rest time.
