Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, soda, and salt. Mix milk with dye. Add 1 egg, sunflower oil, soft butter and milk mixed with dye. Stir the whole mass until smooth.⠀ • 2. Bake the sponge cake on a baking sheet, be sure to lay parchment on the bottom. Bake at 180°C for about 12-15 minutes, until a toothpick is dry, be sure to check!
