In this video I will teach you the local dative prepositi4⃣ons in German or in German we say: Lokale Präpositionen mit Dativ. These prepositions are used when you need to describe something which is not moving. In this case you have to use dative. • The last dative video was about verbs using dative. This video is all about prepositions where you have to use dative. There are 9 German prepositions with which you can describe the location of a person or a thing. The local prepositions with dative are: auf, an, vor, hinter, über, unter, zwischen, neben and in. And all of those require dative if you describe the location of a not moving person or object. • This is a Beginner A 1.2 video.
