As soon as it starts to boil, add the tomato puree and mix slowly. Then add the sugar and vinegar while continuing to mix or it burns everything! Cook for a few minutes. • As soon as the water begins to boil for the second time, it is the turn of the potato starch (I recommend, before adding it to the various ingredients, to mix it with fresh water). Cook over high heat and when all the ingredients have thickened, the sweet and sour sauce will be ready! • The dish is ready!
