Robert Kagan, senior fellow at the Brookings Institution, resigned from his position as editor-at-large at the Washington Post after the paper’s billionaire owner Jeff Bezos made the decision that the paper would no longer endorse presidential candidates. The editorial board was prepared to endorse Vice President Harris.
