Hey guys! Here's the day 2 progress of my affordable league-starter build -【Archmage Celestial Lance Hiero】! This build hard-carried me way up to all end game bosses (Except ubers) also able to tank T16 maps (with certain rippy league mods)~ • This build is by far the most OP league-starter i ever played! It has insane DPS, clear, and TANKY AF!
