In the age of technology, a lot of normal things that we had done, should be done in another way. We once used simple notepads and sticky notes, but now, in the age of smartphones and the internet, we have productivity apps! These little apps make you a better, faster, and more organized version of yourself. This video is about the best productive apps that you can use. Let’s dive into this digital buffet. • • 1. Todoist • First up, we have Todoist. Todoist is your to-do list, in other words, it’s like the digital version of your mom. It nags you and reminds you of everything you need to do, and makes you put your things in order. You can create tasks, set deadlines, and even assign priorities. The best part? When You tick things off the list. • • 2. Trello • Trello is like a digital whiteboard covered in sticky notes, except these sticky notes never fall off and get lost under your desk. Creating boards for different projects, adding cards for tasks, and moving them around as you progress is the main job of this app. After the chaos organization, dragging and dropping tasks from “To Do” to “Done” is like a mini victory parade. • • 3. Notion • Then there’s Notion. Notion is that one friend who’s good at everything. Notes, tasks, databases, calendars – you name it, Notion does it. The only downside? It’s so versatile and setting it up is more fun than actually getting things done. But hey, at least your productivity setup will look amazing! • • 4. Forest • Forest is another wonder. When you want to focus, you plant a tree, and as you work, the tree grows. It’s really fun, but watch out! leave the app to check your social media, then you become a tree killer. So, you stay focused, and in the end, you have a beautiful virtual forest to show for your hard work. • You also can help our channel to grow with your likes and subscriptions. Thanks! • 5. Pomodoro • Ever heard of Pomodoro apps? There are tons of Pomodoro apps out there, these are based on the Pomodoro Technique. you work for 25 minutes and then take a 5-minute break. And be sure, they won’t let you not take breaks. They’re like “What? You’ve been working for 3 hours straight? That’s not how this works! Take a break, you overachiever!” • • 6. Slack • Slack is the app that tries to make team communication easier, but let’s be honest, discuss the latest episode of that TV show, share some memes, and maybe have a virtual coffee chat before that work chat with your colleague. But seriously, Slack can be a powerful tool for team collaboration, as long as you don’t get lost in the GIFs. • • 7. RescueTime • RescueTime is an app that wants to rescue your time by telling you how much time you’re wasting on your computer. It runs in the background and tracks what you’re doing, giving you detailed reports on where your time goes. You probably spend way more time on social media than you think. But, knowing is half the battle. • • 8. Google Calendar • And let’s not forget Google Calendar. It lets you schedule your life down to the minute. Meetings, deadlines, lunch with friends – it’s all there. But it can’t do anything about your dread that comes after looking at your schedule. But at least you’ll know exactly when you’re free to have a breakdown. • • Thank you for sharing your time with us, please like this video and subscribe to our channel for more similar contents. There are many productive apps out there, but remember, the goal of these apps is to make your life easier, not more complicated. So, go and find the one that is good for you, bye! • ***** • #live_technologya #technology #livetechnologya #apps #app #Productivity_Apps #best_Productivity_Apps
