I'm sharing 5 of our favorites! • 0:00 Hey y'all • 0:29 Deviled Egg Potato Salad https://www.bunsinmyoven.com/deviled-... • 3:36 Baked Zucchini and Tomato Mozzarella • 7:09 BLT Pasta Salad https://veronikaskitchen.com/blt-past... • 8:56 Baked Bean Casserole https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/t... • 10:36 Mediterranean Orzo Salad https://www.saltandlavender.com/medit... • Baked Zucchini and Tomato Mozzarella (side dish) Submitted by Nancy • 2 cloves Garlic • ½ medium Onion (I like red onions) • 3-4 Small zucchini • 15 Cherry or Grape tomatoes (Cut in ¼ or 1 Large tomato) • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese • 1 tbsp. Olive oil • Salt and Pepper to taste (optional) • Directions: • 1. Preheat oven to 350 F • 2. Dice garlic, onion, zucchini and tomato • 3. Grease a nonstick skillet with olive oil place over medium heat. • 4. Sauté zucchini, tomatoes garlic and onions until veggies are tender. • 5. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. • 6. Transfer Veggie to baking dish. (I use a 9x13 so every bite has cheese) • 7.
