This Bombay Sapphire Gin is nicknamed Premier Cru, a wine-growing term meaning 'first crop'. In the Murcian Lemon bottling, it is above all the Fino lemons from Murcia in southern Spain, navel oranges and mandarins that stand out aromatically. The citrus fruits are peeled by hand and dried under the Mediterranean sun before being further processed for the gin.
