This video will help you understand how to make online school fee payment. • Please use Chrome or Firefox browser. • Step 1: Open this link https://pay.vkpschools.com • Step 2: Select the appropriate school from the dropdown. • Step 3: Enter Student's admission number • Step 4: Enter student's date of birth or primary contact number. We recommend you use primary contact number. • If you are unable to login, please email the following details to [email protected]. You will get response ASAP. • Student Name • Admission Number • Parent Name • Class/Section • Date of Birth • Primary Contact Number • School • Step 5: Verify Captcha and click Submit • Step 6: Verify the student's details • Step 7: Select the term for which you wish to make the payment. You will be allowed to select only available terms. You can pay other unavailable terms once payment for available terms has been made. • Step 8 (Optional): If you want to make partial payment, you can edit the payment amount on the selected term. Type the desired amount in payment amount section. This feature is available only for specific terms. • Step 9: Select the method of payment. You can use credit card, debit card and internet banking. • Step 10: Enter your email address and click Pay • Step 11: You will be taken to payment gateway page. Please do not press back button or close the browser. Make the payment using your desired method. Once after the payment you will be taken to the payment response page. • View Transaction Details: • Once you login, all transaction details are available at the bottom of the page. You can check all transactions you have done so far. • Transaction Failure: • If transaction failed but amount debited from your account due to internet failure or any other issue, please wait for 4 hours and check back the same page by logging in again.
