The Forensics team find a piece of paper that reads “Ankush Anand” in the dead man’s mouth. Meanwhile, another writer Mukesh Kumar is murdered, and the CIDs are perplexed, when they find a piece of paper inside Mukesh’s mouth too, that reads “Riju Kalia”. Later, they figure that Ankush Anand and Riju Kalia are fictional characters from the respective writers’ novels. The CIDs deduce that a serial killer is on the loose, avenging the death of the fictional characters. Upon further investigation, they learn that the killer is copying a former murder Tricon’s modus operandi.
