Let’s start. • Click where you want to add it, then open the Insert menu. • On the Insert menu, click Drawing, then New. • Will open the Drawing window. Click Actions. • On the dropdown menu, click Word art. • In the text box, write something, then press enter. • Let’s change its color and font. • Choose a not from the list as you like. • We could make the border transparent. • Choose a color that you like. • To resize it, click, hold and drag. • To maintain the aspect ratio, hold the Shift key. • The next step is rotating the Word art. • Click, hold and move the little dot. • Rotate the Word art 320 degrees. • Now, let’s add a shape around it. • Click the Rounded rectangle from the Shapes. • Draw the shape on the canvas of the Drawing window. • Click CUSTOM to change its transparency. • Make it 100%, then click ok. • Finally, click Save and Close button. • And this is the Word art that we’ve created. • Click on it to see the toolbar, then click the 3 dots. • It is quite the same as we saw in the Image Lesson. • Could we save the Word art as another file format? • Yes, click the Edit on the toolbar. • Then click Action, then download, and choose one of the file formats. • And after the download, we could use it again. • Click the Insert image icon. • Then select the file that you’ve downloaded before. • • That’s it, have fun.
