Mondays are probably my busiest day of the week… other than Tuesday… and Wednesday. • My best advice for anyone looking to be more productive throughout the day: • 💫 Take MOVEMENT breaks often • 🍱 Keep your BODY well-nourished • ✍️ Set clear, SMALL goals • 🔮 Spend 5 minutes doing NOTHING (no social media!) between tasks • 💻 Organize tasks using Google Calendar or Notion • 🤍 most importantly, fill your schedule with things you LOVE! • Have a great week everyone!
