彌撒讀經 http://catholic-dlc.org.hk/frame3.htm • Daily Reading https://bible.usccb.org/daily-bible-r... • 在綫上參與彌撒時，可神領聖體。以下是香港公教報的相關報導： • 「神領聖體」是基督徒對聖體的敬禮，是表達我們與基督在精神方面的契合。不少聖人在未能於彌撒中領受聖體聖事時，也會神領聖體。未能領聖體，可能是因為沒守聖體齋，可能是因為犯了大罪而未妥辦修和，又或是因某些重要原因而要留在家中。教宗若望保祿二世在＜活於感恩祭的教會＞（2003年）通諭中，便提到：應在心中培育對聖體聖事恆常的渴望。很慶幸「神領聖體」這個做法在教會內已有好幾世紀之久，並有許多靈修生活導師的推薦。聖女大德蘭寫道：「若你不能在彌撒中領聖體時，你可以神領聖體，這種方法很有助益【……】，藉此天主的愛會深深銘刻在你身上」在彌撒中的聖體聖事之外，聖體敬禮亦能培養人們對聖體的渴望，聖施禮華便說：「神領聖體是聖寵多大的泉源！要常實踐神領聖體，這樣你會更體驗到主的臨在，在行動中更能和祂結合。」（道路540）若未能參與彌撒時，可誦念以下的神領聖體經；又或是在觀看彌撒直播時，於神父分送聖體時，誦念以下經文： • 神領聖體經 • 我的耶穌，我真心全信你在聖體聖事內， • 我愛你超過一切， • 我渴望領你到我心中。 • 既然我現在不能實領你， • 請賞我至少神領你的恩典吧! • 我擁抱你， • 完全與你結合， • 像你實在到了我的心中一樣。 • 別讓我再與你分離吧! • 阿孟。 • Did you know that Catholics can make an Act of Spiritual Communion? • It has long been a Catholic understanding that when circumstances prevent one from receiving Holy Communion, it is possible to make an Act of Spiritual Communion which is a source of grace. Spiritual Communion means uniting one’s self in prayer with Christ’s sacrifice and worshiping Him in His Body and Blood. • The most common reason for making an Act of Spiritual Communion is when a person cannot attend Mass. Acts of Spiritual Communion increase our desire to receive sacramental Communion and help us avoid the sins that would make us unable to receive Holy Communion worthily. When unable to receive Holy Communion, pray the prayer below: • A prayer for Spiritual Communion • My Jesus, I believe that you are present in the Most Holy Sacrament. • I love you above all things and I desire to receive you in my soul. • Since I cannot at this moment receive you sacramentally, • Come at least spiritually into my heart. • I embrace you as if you were already there • And unite myself wholly to you. • Never permit me to be separated from you.
