Make Spring Granola Bars With Me 🐣 • (Raspberry white chocolate) • This recipe is so easy to make and so good! • Granola bars: • 1 1/2 cups of flour • 1 1/2 cups of quick oats • 1 cup of unsalted butter • 1/2 cup of brown sugar • 1/2 cup of granulated sugar • 1 teaspoon of baking powder • Teaspoon of cinnamon • Pinch of salt • Filling: • 1/2 jar 🫙 of raspberry preserves • Melted white chocolate to drizzle • Mix the sugars butter until it resembles small peas, next add in the remaining ingredients. Grab a sheet pan or a 9x9 baking dish. Add half of the granola to the bottom. Fill in with raspberry preserve, next add in the remaining granola on top.
