I've got a list for baseball, where I follow Ken Rosenthal and John Heyman for major league updates, and a list for my movement students like Jen and Rich. These lists help me stay connected with the people and topics I care about without getting overwhelmed. I also have a list for elite authors from my website, so I can keep track of their activities and engage with their posts. Whether it’s clients, prospects, or media, organizing these streams in HootSuite keeps my social media interactions efficient and manageable. • Finally, I discuss some advanced features of HootSuite, like scheduling tweets. This feature is a game-changer if you have specific times you want your messages to go out but can't be online to post them. I often schedule tweets when I'm hosting radio shows or participating in Twitter chats. This ensures my messages are timely without needing my constant attention. I also show how I handle direct messages and mentions, ensuring I respond to everyone who reaches out.
