Recently I bought myself a relatively cheap Indonesion Squier Stratocaster. • I upgraded it with Chinese parts, like 3 Alnico 5 Magnet Pickups and a massive steal block Tremolo unit from Kaish Music, together with some Chinese locktuners, because I knew the standard Squier hardware does not contribute getting a good sound. The result in my humble opinion: Amazing. • Price wise it still stays far beneath any Mexican or USA strat.
