Back in 2018, we headed to Bali to celebrate our Honeymoon. We decided to stay at the Novotel Bali Benoa Hotel. Benoa is a peaceful place to stay. Although the beach isn't the best you'll find in Bali, it definitely offers a more relaxed vibe than the Legian / Kuta area. • As the stay was for our honeymoon and we had Accor Platinum status, we were upgraded to a suite for our stay. The hotel calls this the ‘Tropical Terrace’. The room was perfect. It was large and well maintained, with a particularly impressive bathroom. It was also nice that the hotel went to a special effort to provide some special treatment. Welcome gifts included a cake and fruit, along with a keepsake of some incense sticks, along with a holder. This was an appreciated and nice touch. • The hotel benefits from three pools, one of which is by a private beach area.
