Navien combi 7 Loud Noise

Around 3 am, Nov. 04. 2012 our Navien Combi Heater started producing loud high-pitch sound. Now this problem is resolved. It was due to the loose mechanical connection. Our heating contractor Fernando Gonzales and Navien rep Mr. Tim detected and removed a redundant metal bracket in the upper left corner under the cover.
