this video talks about the third month (October) after my foot surgery, a mid foot fusion and bone graft for a lisfranc injury/dislocation on July 30, 2024. During the month of October, when I was transitioning from partial weight bearing to full weight bearing, and I was able to start doing a little bit better about going to the gym. During the first half of October, it was still a bit difficult getting to the gym since my scar was still an open wound so I was limited in activities since I had to wait until the scar was closed to begin strengthening exercises in physical therapy and being able to do more exercises at the gym. In October, which was the third month after my surgery, I did go 5 times but 3 of the times were later in October when my scar was closed. Once the scar was fully closed, I noticed that my foot and ankle recovered better from being in pain after activity so doing the gym became much easier. It was then that I was able to begin being more regular with going to the gym, and that I was also able to slowly start doing a little more at the gym. I was also finally walking more easily so I was able to get around more easily between the equipment as well, which made the gym a much more fun experience. • music: Lonely Ride by Oshóva • link to music:    • Oshóva - Lonely Ride
