Sunbrella is the leading fabric in outdoor furniture and for good reason! Accidents happen and Sunbrella makes it easy to clean up after spills, food fights or any other kind of activities that lead to dirty cushions (we don't know your life). Because Sunbrella is so resistant to liquid, most spills can be removed immediately with no effect to the fabric by using just a spray bottle and some water. For tougher jobs, Sunbrella recommends ¼ cup of dish soap to each gallon of plain Earth water. Spray, scrub, and let it sit for around 5 minutes - or one cocktail - before rinsing the cushion with unsoapy water. Sunbrella is what’s called a solution dyed fabric - each individual thread is dyed through to the core rather than just on the outside.
