Troubleshooting • • BLANK SCREEN • If your thermostat screen is blank, there are a number of areas to check to help resolve this issue. • For the wireless T6R Smart thermostat, ensure that the device is securely plugged in at the socket. • For the wall mounted T6 Smart Thermostat, check that the LED status light is showing on the receiver box. • Should the issue remain, check the mains power in your home is on and reset the circuit breaker if necessary. • If the issue is unresolved, please contact your installer • • HEATING SYSTEMS • If your heating system does not respond, check the following areas in your home: • Firstly, check that the ‘system mode’ is set to ‘heating on’. If not, press icon as shown to set our home temperature. • Check that the LED status light is showing on the receiver box. • Ensure that the set temperature is three degrees higher than the recorded room temperature. • Check that the flame symbol is lit on the receiver box. • Check your boiler has power and reset the circuit breaker if necessary. • • WI-FI SIGNAL • For any issues with your internet connection, please check the connection and Wi-Fi router contacting your provider as necessary. This will be displayed on your thermostat as shown. • For issues related to your Wi-Fi signal, always double check the Wi-Fi symbol is visible on your smartphone home screen.
