One is via the profile and other one is by using this website (Steam ID finder): https://www.steamidfinder.com/ . • So the easiest of doing so is by going to your profile and then searching for Edit profile at the top of your Steam profile and finally navigating to Custom URL where you remove the URL handle for your profile at which point the Steam ID will appear in the bottom row.
