This Japanese restaurant @kohaku_sabo at Chinatown Point often comes up with creative desserts like this Banana Milk Bouncing Duck. Like the Jiggly Cat pudding, you can draw on it with the edible ink. The bouncing duck is a little stiffer than the Jiggly Cat pudding and it is good for sharing between 2 pax since it’s quite big. I personally prefer the taste of their Jiggly cat pudding over their Bouncing duck which has this artificial fruity aftertaste. But the blue jelly with fruits tasted pretty alright.
