Follow me on a trip to The Capital of BBQ in Texas. Lockhart is known for its three main spots for authentic Texas barbecue: Smitty's Market, Black's BBQ, and Kruez Market. Each of the locations has its distinct decor, traditional fans, and wonderful atmosphere. I decided to go taste the sausage links at each place since it was much cheaper than buying the brisket by the 1/4 pound.
