This is the first in a new series of videos which aims to breakdown and analyse each of the Hunter X Hunter arcs. We are starting off with the Hunter Exam Arc, analysing how Gon's journey began on Whale Island. As well as going over how he meets Killua, Leorio and Kurapika forming a meaningful friendship with each of them. The first arc of Hunter X Hunter is often thought of as slow and taking time to pick up its pace. In this video I breakdown each aspect of this arc and make it easy to understand how Gon began his journey, while paying close attention to how the events unfolded in the Hunter X Hunter manga.
