This show was organised, produced and compered by Jack Seaton on behalf of the RAF gang shows and called The Gang´s All Here . • For full show and more details please see... • The Gangs All Here - full unedited ... • For programme from the show please see here... https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?s... • Filmed on November 8th 1992 at the Wimbledon Theatre, London • Starring Jim Davidson, Russ Conway, Len Lowe, Joe Black, Charlie Gray, Barry Craine, Cardew Robinson, Don Smoothey, Babs Adams, Chubby Oates, Drew Millar, Rex Roper and Don Shearman. • There were also members from the 1932 show who made appearances such as John (Dink) Rew, Syd Palmer, Jim Figg, Harry Eltham, Ernie Emerick, Phil Davies, Johnny Groves, Andy Gregory and Dennis Osborne • This was a charity performance so all of the acts would have given of their time freely and were not paid. • This entire show has been put into 13 parts on my channel in a playlist called The Gang´s All Here . It will include all scenes from the show and not just the big name spots. So for all you scouts out there, enjoy. Perhaps this wonderful footage will give you some inspiration for your own gang shows in the future. • In this clip (part 1 of 13) Jim Davidson introduces the opening scenes of the show and praises Jack Seaton and the scouts for their hard work in pulling the show together. He reminisces about his own scouting days and performing in the gang shows as a boy himself in the sixties. • During Jim´s (born James Cameron Davies) career he has also hosted the Big Break and The Generation Game . Davidson has become somewhat known for his use of controversial jokes and interestingly he makes comment during this performance that this is the cleanest act he´s ever done!´ • Jim is not only a stand-up comedian, he is also a writer and famous for developing his own adult pantomime shows such as Boobs in the Wood and Sinderella . • Jack Seaton´s obituary can be read here... • https://www.thestage.co.uk/features/o... • This footage has been posted in loving memory of my father, Chubby Oates.
