The New Year is right around the corner! 🍾 • If you love rice, this Porcini Mushroom Risotto by ‪@gennamarks‬ is a perfect addition to your festive menu! 😍 • Ingredients: • 1 pack ready-to-eat miracle rice • 1 pack of porcini mushrooms • 1 cup porcini mushroom broth • 1 chopped white onion • 1 tbsp garlic paste • salt and pepper to taste • Directions: • 1.) Open up the pack of mushrooms and put them into a bowl. Add hot water to hydrate and cover with plastic wrap. • 2.) Heat a pan and toss in the onions, garlic paste, and the mushrooms. Sautee for a bit and add in the broth, let it sizzle. • 3.) Drain the rice and heat it in a separate pan. • 4.) Transfer the rice to the mushroom mix and stir. Add salt and pepper. • 5.)
