Why are the different types of dorms at UCLA so confusing?? • A. No worries! We'll break it down for you. You can choose from triples, doubles, and singles from the following: • ($ in order of priciness $$$) • halls, deluxe halls, plazas, suites • With halls, there are shared hallway bathrooms. With plazas, you can choose from shared or private bathrooms. • Tips: • 1. When you're signing up for rooms in your second year, know that the ODD numbered rooms have the VIEW and the even numbered rooms face towards the hill. • 2. The 10th floor has larger windows on the even numbered side! • 3. After 9pm there's you'll need to check in with your UCLA ID, plazas don't have check-in.
