Find out more at http://www.highburyjitsu.org.uk/ • We are affiliated with the Jiu Jitsu Foundation (TJJF) and practise the Shorinji Kan system - a modern form of traditional Japanese Jiu Jitsu. Jiu Jitsu is a self-defence martial art involving locks, strikes and throws. Jiu Jitsu works on the principle of using an attacker's force and momentum against them. This means you don't have to be particularly big or strong to do well.
