Ingredients • Octopus • 1 lemon • 1 lime • Handful of olives • 1 onion • 5 cloves of garlic • Seasoning • Muscat wine • Method • Important note: if you want to make your octopus extra soft, you need to freeze it first. I had my octopus very fresh from the market, but I froze it anyway. Defrost the octopus before proceed to the next steps. • For the broth you will need: 1 lemon, 1 lime, handful of olives, 1 onion, 3 garlic cloves. Boil octopus using the formula 1 kg = 1 hour. • When the octopus is ready, cool it down and cut the legs. Stir the legs with 2 garlic cloves, season with black pepper and oregano. Add muscat wine.
