In this video I will take you on a walkthrough of the new Kyoritsu KEW2062BT, Bluetooth, wireless AC Clamp Power Meter. This is a specialized clamp meter that can measure 1-phase, 3-phase, 3-wire, or 4-wire, balanced or unbalanced power. They did not design this, however, to measure energy. So, you wont find kWHr function on it. But you can measure up to 1000 kW of real power, apparent power (kVA), reactive power (kvar), power factor, phase angle between current and voltage, total harmonics distortion (THD), individual harmonics orders up to the 30th order right there on the LCD screen. It can detect the sequence of a 3-phase power supply, even with voltage unbalance as high as 10%. For 3-phase measurements, I used my single-phase to 3-phase, digital phase shifter (DPS). Since it has a built-in Bluetooth adapter, you can connect it to a mobile device through an app called KEW Power*, available for free for Android and iOS.
