It can fire single shots or a satisfying torrent of darts after you pull back the priming slider, and the open cylinder makes reloading simple in either case. This blaster has many of modification options, especially with the ability to add your own attachments. Sure, the more muted color scheme will not be to everyone's liking. However, on paper, this gadget checks all the criteria. Despite its low price, this Commander is reasonably accurate at short to medium range. It's not so huge that junior Nerf warriors will have trouble wielding it. Meanwhile, tactical rails allow you to install a variety of accessories if you decide to upgrade in the future. You can attach anything from sights to shoulder rests if you like, allowing you to improve what is already one of the best Nerf guns. Okay, so it only holds six darts at a time. But it makes picking them up easier, I think. An amazing 27-meter range allows you to hit adversaries from a long distance while they are still underestimating your blaster. • The Nerf Dino Squad Rex Rampage was the only Nerf gun we tested that required batteries, which turned out to be less of a pro because it made the Nerf gun quite hefty. However, if you're judging solely on appearance, the Dino Squad Rex Rampage wins because of its similarity to an actual T. rex. The bright red and green colors also make it stick out, and it was the first Nerf gun my kids wanted to try since they thought it was so cool. Unfortunately, the Dino Squad Rex Rampage's best feature is its outer appearance. Our testers liked how the clip could hold ten darts at once, however it scored low on accuracy at hitting a target, and every tester thought it was uninspiring. The battery power eliminates the need to fuel the blaster—users merely fire up the motor and push the trigger—but no one believed that this feature compensated for the Rex Rampage's overall flaws. • The Nerf Pharaoh Ultra is a massive Nerf gun. While this is unquestionably advantageous when frightening your opponents, it is detrimental to children. In fact, the Pharaoh Ultra Nerf gun is so long and heavy that it was nearly impossible for a 7-year-old to handle, and they needed assistance holding it up to shoot. Another major issue with the Pharaoh Ultra Nerf pistol is that removing the clip and refilling it with Nerf darts is difficult. Our testers could only remove the clip with adult assistance, and even I struggled so much that I had to enlist others' aid. Our adult testers also struggled with the clip, rating the Pharaoh Ultra Nerf gun as the most difficult to load of any Nerf gun we tested. Needless to say, this is not a Nerf gun that children will be able to use on their own. The Pharaoh Ultra did receive points for accuracy, thanks to the inbuilt sight and the distance this Nerf pistol can shoot. This Nerf gun also felt sturdy and capable of enduring a lot of rigorous use, making it an excellent pick for older teen Nerf lovers. • =============================== • Hey, What's Good!?
