Fundrise review 2023 Updated view into my portfolio

Enjoy this updated Fundrise review for 2023, which is one of my favorite passive income platforms! • If you aren’t familiar, Fundrise is an investment platform that makes it easier for you to invest in real estate. It’s accessible to everyone. You aren’t required to be an accredited investor, nor do you have to have thousands of dollars. • I started my journey with Fundrise with just $500. They’ve made it even more available by only requiring $10 to get started. Now I don’t recommend that as you won’t generate any real passive income on Fundrise. You have to be willing to invest - but only invest what you can risk losing. • On Fundrise, you are able to purchase REITs, which stands for real estate investment trusts. The beauty of REITs is that 90% of its revenue is required to go to investors like me, and hopefully you. The same way you invest in Google, Facebook, etc. as a shareholder - is the same way that REITs works. The difference is that Fundrise only sells private eREITs. Meaning that you cannot purchase them in a brokerage like Robinhood, Fidelity. Use those for other investments such as index funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), or even other public REITs. • If you’re looking for new ways to generate passive income 2023 as a beginner, then grab your notebook and enjoy this video.
