As we age we lose collagen in our skin and our eyelid skin is very thin and so that skin shows the loss of collagen even faster than other areas of our face and so that's why the eyelids tend to be a very common place that people initially come in for a consultation. • We have a great option to tighten the skin around your eyes with a non-surgical treatment called Morpheus eight. This is radio frequency micro needling that delivers radio frequency energy to the different layers of the eyelid skin to help tighten and build collagen and elastin. You come in for the treatment we apply topical numbing to the upper and lower eyelids and then we will treat the area with the morpheus 8 device. This device has 24 very small pins that will deliver radio frequency energy at different depths to help tighten skin over many months. After a series of three morpheus eight treatments to your eyelid area you can expect to continue to have improvement in the skin laxity for up to six months.
