How to Bake a Chicken Half Easy Cooking

In this easy cooking video, I cook a chicken half in my toaster oven. I cut the chicken in half with a utility knife and seasoned it with The Rub by The J Christopher Company and some kosher salt. Then I baked the chicken at 450 degrees F for 50 minutes until the internal temperature reached 165 degrees F.
