Judge snaps at Ohio kidnapper in court

Ariel Castro, who is accused of kidnapping three women in Ohio and keeping them locked inside his home for a decade, is repeatedly disciplined by a judge for appearing to struggle to keep his eyes open during his court appearance. • The man accused of holding three women captive in his home in Cleveland for over a decade pleaded not guilty on Wednesday on an expanded indictment charging him with 512 counts of kidnapping and 446 counts of rape, among other crimes. • Castro, 53, has been jailed since his arrest on May 6 shortly after the women escaped to freedom.
