Add water and pulse until combined and your dough forms. Let the mixture rest and thicken for 20 minutes so the chia and psyllium plump.ā  • ā  • Roll the dough between two sheets of parchment paper, then cut the flat rolled dough into rectangles or squares. Sprinkle sea salt or spices as you desire.ā  • ā  • Bake for 1 hour at 300º. When lightly browned and crisp, the crackers are ready.
