These activities will also allow for your students to practice and learn the technology they will be using in your classroom. • THESE ARE NOT THE USUAL: 2 TRUTHS AND A LIE or A NAME GAME • These activities work well during distance, hybrid, or in-person. These are very versatile activities that are great for the first day of school. • This year (2020) I had all 5 of my classes on one slide deck, I had them make meaningful comments in the speaker notes section to peers, they also added a link in their slide to their favorite slide. Seems they stepped up their slides knowing 130 + peers would be looking at them. It wasn't just for the teacher to get a grade.
