This is the best fusion rifle. Scatter Signal is a strand rapid fire fusion rifle that gets overflow. Picking up special or heavy ammo will overflow it’s magazine up to 16 shots which is crazy on a fusion rifle. It also gets controlled burst to increase the damage of every shot as long as you don’t miss. So every shot does more damage and you can shoot it a lot before you have to reload. And since this is strand, you can pair it with ad clear exotics like sunshot, trinity ghoul, or graviton lance.
