Manicotti is so easy to make, shells and all. • For the shells: Water, eggs, flour, salt. • A crepe pan or non-stick pan will work. • Stuffing: Ricotta, mozzerella, grated parmesan or romano, (or both), parsley, egg, nutmeg, pepper.
