Did Baking Soda and Hydrogen Peroxide Heal My Receding Gums

I have terrible receding gums and the roots of my teeth were eroding. I watched videos on YouTube where creators claimed that using baking soda and hydrogen peroxide restored their damaged gums. I declined gum surgery which was too expensive and people who had experienced gum surgery said the pain was awful. Four thousand dollars for a dental surgeon to torture me? No, thanks. I did elect to have what are called front fillings or resin fillings to cover and conceal my damaged roots. While waiting on my first appointments, I tried the baking soda and hydrogen peroxide treatments. This is my report from that experiment. • UPDATE: This is what I did for my receding gums.
