Rachmaninoff Kocsis Vocalise POV

Here is my performance of this beautiful arrangement of Vocalise by Zoltán Kocsis. • Vocalise was written by Rachmaninoff in 1915 for high voice and piano accompaniment as part of the set of 14 Romances (Op.34), though he later arranged it for orchestra as well. • There are several arrangements of 'Vocalise' for solo piano but this one is my favourite mainly due to the magical ending. Aside from the last page or so, it's not a particularly hard piece but the music is quite dense, requiring large hands and careful use of the pedals. It's certainly a joy to play and hopefully you like listening too... • I've recorded other piano videos so be sure the check them out and do subscribe for future ones: • • Piano Performances • • --- • Please Subscribe here if you enjoyed this video, follow me on Soundcloud for all my music, like my Facebook for other updates, and follow me on Twitter! • ▼ Follow me: • / kruxofficial • / kruxofficial • / kruxofficial
