Hi everybody! Having grown up in Germany, I have had a lot of exposure to German baking and have very much enjoyed baking things traditional to the country. Today I am going to show you how to make an absolute German classic: Bienenstich! Bienenstich (“Bee Sting Cake”) is made with an enriched dough, filled with a custard cream filling and finished with a crunchy almond topping!
