They are quick to make and pack an incredible amount of flavor. But wait, we've added an incredible tasty twist to an already perfect recipe by combining Italian Sausage pickled Jalapenos to the mix then filling the mixture into cooked smoked egg white shell halves. • In his short video we will show you exactly how we've done that in step by step instructions so you too can create this delicacy and impress all of your guests at your next get together. So sit back and grab a cup of coffee and be prepared to be amazed with what you see. • Recipe • 6 whole raw eggs • 3 tbs crumbled cooked Italian Sausage • 3 tbs mayonnaise (we prefer Hellman's mayo but that is your choice) • 2 tsp Old Fashioned Coarse Mustard • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar • 2 tsp Sweet Rub + more to add as topping • 1 tbs chopped Pickled Jalapeno Peppers • 12 Pickled Jalapeno Rings • ⚬ Start your grill and set temp to 325ºF. • ⚬ Once grill temp has been reached, add 6 eggs to grill and set timer for 30 minutes • ⚬ After 30 minutes removed eggs from grill and insert them in cold water. Leave in cold water for 20 minutes to cool down. • ⚬ Shut your grill to cool it down. • ⚬ After 20 minutes remove eggs from bowl and peel whichever way you normally use. We use the old Mason Jar trick where we add about 1 of water and put egg in it and close the jar then firmly shake back forth for 5 - 10 seconds. Egg shell should be completely off the egg. Repeat until all eggs have been shelled. • ⚬ Start your grill on smoke. • ⚬ Once smoke is on add eggs to grill and set timer to 30 minutes for light smoke taste or 60 minutes for a smokier taste. • ⚬ After desired time has been reached remove eggs from grill. They should be somewhat colored from the smoke. • ⚬ on a cutting board cut cooked eggs in half and remove the egg yolks and add these to a medium size bowl. • ⚬ Mash the egg yolks well. • ⚬ Add the sausage, mayonnaise, mustard, apple cider vinegar, chopped Jalapenos and sweet rub to the mashed up egg yolks. • ⚬ mix very well • ⚬ Filled each halve egg white with the mixture. • ⚬ top with a sprinkle of sweet rub and a slice of pickled Jalapeno rings. • ⚬ Refrigerate for 1 hour or so. • ⚬ Serve ENJOY!!!
