UPPER SWAN INVESTIGATION PART 2 (Swan River Snapshots, Episode 11) – The results of a recent poll have led me to check out the Upper Swan in detail. Last week, I fished from the banks with the family, This time, I’m on the Tarpon Kayak. Due to a busy schedule, I’ve only got an hour to fish, so I’ve headed to Garratt Road Bridge to chase Black Bream amongst the pylons.
