It is important for the health of our joints. Many of us lead sedentary lives. Joint pain gets worse. Hearts, lungs, brains, immune systems etc. get worse. Muscles start to atrophy and can no longer support the joints. Weight gain gets more extreme, which puts more pressure on the joints. • This restorative yoga workout may help anyone who has soreness and stiffness in their joints or suffers from arthritis. Today, I'm practicing with some repetitive circular motion poses to help lubricate the joints and create more mobility.
