This is an example of the effects of Janice's Dystonia. It is a very painful neurological disorder. Sometimes her muscles twist and contorts her body. Sometimes she shakes. Sometimes it's just an intense unrelenting pain that feels like barbed wire being pushed into her body. It is always exhausting. She incurred an injury to the ligaments in her knee from the repeated shaking, and now wears a brace. The right physical therapy helps Janice to have some hours in which she can function.
