This is a video of the build of our 2020 Cargo Mate trailer conversion / tiny home. It is a 7' wide x 12' long x 7' tall V nose with a 3500 lb axel. It has a fold down ramp door that is used as a deck when we are set up. Screens are used on both doors to keep the bugs out. The Aux mini split on the tongue keeps us cool in the summer and warm on the cooler nights as it both cools and heats. The bed folds down using a french cleat on the wall and is secured in the upright position with gate latches. We have water either supplied via a hose or stored in our 16gal H2o tank. A tankless water heater supplies hot water to the sink and shower. We are using a sawdust compost toilet. We have no permanently mounted gray water tank and use a 6 gal portable tank to haul off our gray water. 30amp shore power supplies us with all our power needs. Solar is coming soon. A small mini fridge helps keep food cold. All lights are 12v and LED.
