Dr. Blackburn earned her bachelor's degree from Indiana University, Bloomington and her medical degree from the University of Louisville. Dr. Blackburn completed her residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in rheumatology at Fletcher Allen Health Care/University of Vermont in Burlington, Vt. She has done research in osteoporosis and metabolic bone disease and has a special interest in vasculitis, rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus. • Dr Blackburn is board certified in internal medicine and rheumatology.
